In this episode of Highlands to Island, learn how to make one of our favorite snacks, coconut crepes, with Asher and Kian. These crepes are filled with a coconut and palm sugar mixture, and they are delicious with a very tropical taste. Hudson prepares the coconut for us (don't try this at home!), and then we head to the restaurant with it to watch as our friend Jerome prepares a few crepes. We’ve never seen him go through the whole process, so we are excited to see how he makes this special treat!
