What God calls us to is so important. Have you ever considered that you are called by God? Aaron did. God called Aaron and the tribe of Levi to carry the burden of the Tabernacle. What does that mean: The burden of the Tabernacle? God told Aaron that he and his tribe would now be under the direct command of God to take care of the religious health of Israel. In our lives today, we have a similar call of God. As Christians, we are called to represent God to the world and pray for others that God would heal and save them. Jesus has healed and saved us! Now, we have a responsibility to change the way we live. We no longer accept sin in our lives; we fight
against it. We turn away from the temptation of sin and turn toward our Saviour the Lord Jesus. Not only is this good for us, but it gives an example to those around us of the reality of God’s changing and healing power.
