There is a dynamic event that takes place after the revealing of the anti-Christ. Revelation 14 picks up the story of the 144,000 people with the name of God written on their foreheads as an identifier of their allegiance. Importantly, they are seen standing with the Lamb, who is Jesus Christ. We are told that a voice came from heaven and sounded like many waters, like thunder, like harpists playing harps. The voice was music, a song that only the 144,000 could sing! This was the beginning of God’s judgment on those who took the mark of the beast on either their right hand or forehead. The best way to avoid the problems that come with the mark of the
beast is never to get it. Our allegiance must be to God, always. God clearly says that there will be a cost to what we believe and how we live.
