It was Jesus who said, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible” (MATTHEW 19:26). God is not only the ultimate problem solver, He also works out the troubles of our lives and makes good come out of it. He delights in making the impossible possible. And that is exactly what Israel needed in Joshua 11. They had an entire nation against them. Many cities had banded together to get them out of the land of Canaan and a massive army was
coming against them. Israel was outmanned in foreign territory. How amazing to read that Israel won that war! None of the men, kings, and princes could rid Israel from their land. Why? Because God had given it to them. It is always best to understand who the true God is and what He wants, because nothing else will succeed.
