"It's natural to question the world around us; to ask: What is the point in living? For Christians, there is an easy answer. We have been called to build God’s Kingdom, to live for eternity. When we encounter problems that seem insurmountable, Christians know that we always have Christ to go to. He helps us to overcome, whatever the situation. In fact, we know that to live life with any measure of success, we need the help and strength of Jesus. We’re also aware that there is an enemy of our soul; Satan hates us and comes to steal and destroy. He sabotages humanity with his lies. Even at the beginning, Eve and Adam fell to his deception,
ignoring God’s word and directive. Yet nothing can stop God’s merciful plan of redemption through Christ. This is why we have to draw nearer to God if we want to be truly successful. To have purpose, to have peace and joy and communion with God, we need to resist listening to lies and follow His Word. We don’t have to be perfect, we just have to follow His lead.
