"God perfectly knows who we are, how we're deficient, and what we need. AND, He loves and provides for us anyway! There is no question that we must deflate our egos in the presence of our God. Jesus must be recognized as infinitely greater than we are. It is the LORD who deserves our highest praise, honour, and glory. He is the one we must seek
to follow with all our heart, mind, soul, and strength. We must yield our humanness to the holiness of God, as we learn to follow and become more like Him. John the Baptist understood that, and after a dispute between his disciples and the Jews about purification, he explained his relationship with Jesus this way, He must increase, but I must decrease.
He who comes from above is above all; he who is of the earth is earthly and speaks of the earth. He who comes from heaven is above all‚ (JoHN 3:30-31). our lives are about the LORD Jesus Christ. May He be above all, in our daily walk with Him.
