As incredibly unlikely at it may seem (and is) scientists claim to have ‘resurrected’ a ‘Lazarus bacteria’ 250 million years old. Their incredulity in the report highlights how unlikely it is, and yet they are still not open to questioning the supposed millions of years timeline underlying it.
