Coming to Jesus Christ has a unique meaning. Most people, when they think about coming to God, believe that God is bigger, more powerful, and stronger than they are. So, why then do we need to come to Christ, and what would we possibly say to Him? When I say come to Jesus Christ, I mean come to the LORD to confess your sins, ask for His forgiveness, and invite Him into your life as your LORD and Saviour. There is no Church institution that can claim to be the only one who has that exclusive right. Clearly, it is only Jesus Christ that can say that. It is only Jesus who died on the cross and rose again to life, to found and form Christianity for us today. Romans 10 is where we discover the meaning of coming to God, praying the sinner’s prayer, and being freed from the cost of sin. As we read and learn the Bible, understand that God speaks to us in every way.
