"There is a condition so deadly that it not only takes our life from us but also gives us no hope for the afterlife. This condition is called sin. Sin is doing what God has told us not
to do. Sin separates us from God. Some of us resist God or even the idea that there is a God. Some of us resist God because we do not believe in Him despite all the evidence in
creation. Others reject God and the Bible because we feel that we could never live up to what God demands. For some of us, our ideal life is only that we should eat, drink and
be merry, because tomorrow we die. All these views are missing a very important factor: There is a guaranteed way to make our lives right with God. We can put our sinful lives
into the hands of someone who can help and heal us. Jesus Christ can and will forgive our sins if we truly come to Him. He will help and heal us as we follow Him. Accepting
Jesus Christ as LORD changes the condition of our heart. We are a family-run international ministry with television, print and online programs designed to guide you through the Bible in one year.
From social issues and apologetics to theology, history and science, our mission is to educate, edify and encourage the believer to actively engage with God’s Word in all ways."

"Babylon is a famous city from ancient Mesopotamia, and in the Akkadian language of the time meant ‘Gate of God’ or ‘Gate of the Gods’. The English words ‘Babel’ and ‘Babylon’ are derived from the same Hebrew word that means ‘confusion’. During the days of Jeremiah, Babylon had grown into a natio...

Restoration; Lamentations 4-5
"The last chapter of Lamentations is fascinating. Jeremiah comes to the LORD in earnest prayer of restoration. In his request of God, he raises a question about God’s motives and character, ""Turn us back to You, O LORD, and we will be restored; Renew our days as of old, unless You have utterly r...
