"It is God who gives us peace. There are many ways that humanity seeks and strives for a warless world, but the Bible tells us that the only way to real peace is through Jesus Christ. That is because peace begins in the heart. If our heart is right with God, then God is able to heal us and speak to us. If our heart is against God, we will be wrong and not able to find the truth. When our heart, or our soul, is out of place, God desires to put it back in place. We must be willing to let Him be the LORD over our lives. When people refuse to identify Jesus Christ as LORD of their life, the Bible claims that they are acting out of place. However, when we attempt to follow and find the LORD, the Bible says that God will find us: “Draw near to God and He will draw near to you” (JAMES 4:8). The question we
need to be asking ourselves is, which are we trying to do?
